  1. I love this Ash! Taking compliments for a person suffering with anxiety is very difficult. When I receive compliments, the “Thank You” I give, comes out more like a question with the “you” being said in a slightly higher tone. Practicing yoga and meditation and accepting all parts of myself (even the pesky insecure parts) really helped turned my responses to compliments to more confident responses.
